Request deletion of your PGSet account and data. No sign-in needed.
1What’s deleted
- Owner: your account and all business data: PGs, rooms, tenants, rent, payments, deposits, expenses and activity.
- Manager: your account and access. The owner’s records stay with the owner.
- Tenant: we pass your request to your PG owner and help remove your details.
Owners: export first (More → Export data). Deletion can’t be undone.
2What may be kept
Our billing records and anything else the law requires, information needed for an open dispute, server logs until they expire, and your request itself as proof we handled it.
