1The service

PGSet, operated by ILA Platforms, records rooms, tenants, rent, payments, deposits and expenses for PGs. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not accounting or legal software, and it never collects or moves money. Using PGSet means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2Your account and data

Keep your password private. You are responsible for your account and the managers you add. You own what you enter. You must have the right to enter it, including tenant details.

PGSet sends rent reminders to tenants by SMS for you. You confirm that your tenants have agreed to receive these reminders on the phone numbers you enter.

3Payment records

Payments in PGSet are what you record. PGSet doesn’t verify them, and they are not proof of payment.

4Don’t

Use PGSet unlawfully, access another business’s data, bypass security, overload the service, or resell or reverse-engineer it.

5Plans and discounts

• Plans are monthly and priced by number of PGs, as shown on the pricing page. Taxes may apply.
• New accounts get a free trial of 18 days. No card is needed, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
• The first 100 owners keep the launch price while their subscription continues without a break.
• Referral credit applies when the referred owner starts a paid plan. It has no cash value.
• We give 30 days’ notice before changing the price of your plan.

6Ending

You can stop any time and ask us to delete your account. Export your data first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or have unpaid fees, and will tell you first where reasonable.

7Liability

PGSet is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost rent, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.

8Law and contact
